Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order if they realize a mistake (e.g., wrong size or product) within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” and include the order number and reason for cancellation.

Conditions for Cancellation

Before Processing: Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be canceled without penalty.
After Processing or Shipping: If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Customers can initiate a return instead (see Return Policy).

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started. These items are made specifically for the customer and are non-refundable except in the case of defects or errors caused by Raja Boxing.

Restocking or Administration Fees

To cover administrative costs, a restocking fee of [insert percentage or fixed amount] may apply for cancellations after 24 hours or for orders with special handling.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs (if already incurred) are non-refundable.

Order Modifications

Change Requests Before Shipping: Customers may request adjustments (e.g., size or color changes) within 24 hours of placing the order.
Raja Boxing reserves the right to charge a modification fee for changes requested after processing.
After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified. Customers may initiate a return or exchange (per the Return Policy).
